Researching Massage Options

I have been looking into some of the different options that I have when it comes to Austin day spa to help me out with the chronic pain I have been experiencing. Years ago, I was in an accident and I have been going through various treatments to try to get some more consistent relief. Lately, I have found that massage has been quite helpful, but I still feel like I have yet to find the perfect style of massage to give me exactly what I am looking for.

It seems as though a mixture of heat and deep tissue massage has been a pretty good bet. Is there anyone else that has chronic pain in their lower back or legs who has used this combination to get relief. Whenever possible, I like to be able to go as natural as I can with therapies as I have never been someone to use a lot of different medications. 

If possible, I would like to see more about sports therapy massage as I heard that some forms can be similar to deep tissue. Are there specific things that I may want to start looking for in a therapist in my local area?
